- Designated Gardens Area I (Heteen – Block 2 & 3, Al Siddiq – Block 5 & 6, South Doha – Block 1 and Surra – Block 1)
- Design Modification and Construction Supervision of seven gardens, of which, construction of 2 gardens are completed. Remaining 5 gardens are tendered and are under construction, supervised by JQEC. JQEC has also completed design modification and preparation of tender documents for another garden, which is also under construction, supervision done jointly with a Local Consulting Firm.
Landscape
The Consultant (JQEC) speciality in Landscaping and environmental improvements covered many areas including master planning, conceptuals, detailed design and supervision for educational projects such as The Head Quarter of Manpower and Government Restructuring Program (Qatar), cultural projects such as Amiri Diwan and aesthetic leisure projects such as regional district parks and designated gardens, private environmental improvements such as residential dwellings and residential areas. In addition to the above, JQEC were involved or executed a glossary of various types of projects such of multi-disciplinary nature which lead the firm to acquire an assortment of different indigenous specialties.
