New Hospital at Al - Jahra Campus

This masterplan for the New Al Jahra Hospital is part of a large programme by the State of Kuwait to invest in their healthcare system and make good provision for the healthcare needs of Kuwait up to and beyond 2030.

The masterplan carried out by JQEC is a specific response to the implementation of the MPW’s brief in accordance with best international practice. The masterplan acknowledges that the hospital must be allowed to be modified and adapt to changing clinical methods, work patterns and equipment. The whole masterplan in its zoning, adjacencies and building module has therefore been designed to allow changes to the functional content.
