JQEC (we consultants) role in the project was to Study, Design and Supervision.

JQEC, the Designer, had carried out the development/detailing of all engineering disciplines of this prestigious project. Therefore, we do believe that our Supervision Team has a profound understanding of the exact requirements of the project and hence, we are qualified to undertake this work based on our team's successful history in handling similar type projects. Moreover, the hands-on knowledge and experience of our Design Team always assisted our Supervision Team and this fact places JQEC in a far more advantageous position over the other competing teams for the task of Construction Supervision.

The allocated site for the project is approximately 3,000 m² and is located at RAS AL ARDH area.

New Hospitals to Gynecology & Obstetrics in Maternity Hospital

The site proposed for the new Maternity Hospital by MPW is remote from the existing Hospital campus. It is located on the South East part of the existing campus. This hospital campus consists of different buildings, such as Medical, Administration, Services, Doctor’s accomodation & Support Facilities.

New Hospital at Al - Jahra Campus

This masterplan for the New Al Jahra Hospital is part of a large programme by the State of Kuwait to invest in their healthcare system and make good provision for the healthcare needs of Kuwait up to and beyond 2030. The masterplan carried out by JQEC is a specific response to the implementation of the MPW’s brief in accordance with best international practice. The masterplan acknowledges that the hospital must be allowed to be modified and adapt to changing clinical methods, work patterns and equipment. The whole masterplan in its zoning, adjacencies and building module has therefore been designed to allow changes to the functional content.
