Dar Jassim Qabazard Engineering Consultants (JQEC), a multidisciplinary Architectural & Engineering Kuwaiti consulting office, registered with the Ministry of Planning, offer Client an integrated approach towards the ever increasing need for concrete & reliable project delivery systems. The office started its consulting services in 1978 where Mr. Qabazard was the Co-founder & General Manager of the Consulting Firm “Archicentre”, well known for its services and the prestigious projects which were assessed, designed and supervised by his well competent staff. "Archicentre" was dissolved due to the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait in 1990 and restructured in April 1992 under the name of M/s. Jassim Qabazard Engineering Consultants (JQEC) (Total experience of 48 years). Located in Kuwait City, Kuwait with a branch office in Qatar, JQEC’s multi-national team constituting of 100 professionals and technical team provides a highly diversified spectrum of consultancy service to corporate private and public sector Clients.
