The allocated site for the project is 27,500m2. The site is in Mirqab area as shown in the site plan. The proposed lot is used currently as surface car ark serving in general the adjacent office buildings in general and the Ministries Complex in particular. The Lot is surrounded from all sides by a “one way” road network.

The Consultant services will include full architectural and engineering design services, plus specialty design services for elevators, signage, curtain wall construction, telecommunications, security, audio-visual equipment and acoustics.
